· How far in advance do I need to book my reservation?
To ensure motor coach availability, charter should be booked as early as possible. By booking in advance you are able to choose from all available equipment.

· What type of deposit is required to book my trip?

Deposit is a minimum of $100.00. Deposit can be with a check, credit card, purchase order, or cash. A deposit is required to complete your reservation. Payment in full with check or credit card is required seven (7) days prior to departure. A 3% service fee will be added to for all MasterCard/Visa payments and 5% will be added for all payments processed with American Express.

· What is the process after reservation has been confirmed?
After reservation is confirmed, J & W Crown will send you a contract, either via fax, or email, including your confirmation number, or charter number. This will include itinerary for your trip based on the designation/or schedule you provided.
After receipt of your confirmation, if changes are needed, you may do so by contacting the account executive who originally set up your reservation, if available, via email, or by phone (330-744-7952).

· Is smoking permitted during my trip?
NO smoking is permitted on the motor coaches, at any time.

· What is the cancellation policy?
J & W Crown understands that situations may occur requiring the necessity to cancel or reschedule your trip. If the need arises, we respectfully request that you provide us with as much notice as possible to facilitate re-booking of motor coach.
Transportation canceled 30 days prior to trip will result in 100% refund to chartering party. Any cancellation 48 hours or less from departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

· Any additional fees?
o Parking fees @ any venue your party attends
o Lodging for bus drivers during any overnight trips
o Driver’s gratuities
o Park entrance fees
o Alcohol Deposit- If requested for a charter group, $200.00 cash deposit is required.

Are handicap accessible motor coaches available?
No, there is no wheelchair lift available; however, we do have designated handicap seating throughout the motor coaches.

· What happens if the motor coach has a mechanical breakdown?
J & W Crown has 24/7 emergency dispatching. If your trip experiences any mechanical issue that is unforeseen, a replacement coach will be dispatched accordingly for completion of your trip.

· How much insurance do you carry?
Every motor coach in our fleet has a minimum of $5,000,000 worth of coverage. If requested, we can provide a certificate of insurance after confirmation of reservation by party.

· Who is responsible for the driver’s hotel room cost?

The chartering group is responsible for the driver’s lodging on all overnight stays during the trip. Each driver is to have his/her own separate hotel room.

· What amenities does the motor coach have?

All J & W Crown Coaches are equipped with a PA system, CD/DVD player, Surround sound stereo system, overhead
storage compartments, overhead reading lamps, reclining seats (to a slight degree), armrests, and lavatory on board. Please keep in mind that this is only a holding tank, not a full range toilet.
